 While attending Texas State University I took a job in Austin as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Engineer to help pay for college.  In the 15 years following school I have served as a Technical Account Manager, System Administrator, Sales Engineer and almost every other technical roll in the Managed Services space.  Additionally, over the past 5 years,  I've worked as a Senior Customer Success Engineer for multiple international cybersecurity startups.  Throughout my career I've worked with small mom and pop shops all the way up to the State of Texas as well as multiple national and foreign governmental agencies.

Amber, after realizing the Texas education system is a lost cause, has worked in the Financial (FinTech) and Insurance (Insurtech) industries as well as working as the Office Manager for a locally owned company in Austin.  She plans to pick teaching back up as soon as we are established.

After a recent medical scare, we decided it was time to move to Vermont and start a business together.  It is something we have been planning for years.  

I grew up in Connecticut and moving to Vermont has been my dream since the day I moved to Texas over 25 years ago.  Austin is a cool city. Vermont is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
