We don't charge per device; if one employee has a desktop, a laptop, and a tablet, they still count as just one user. This keeps your costs predictable even as your team adopts more tools. 

Hourly billing creates a "conflict of interest"—the more problems you have, the more the IT guy makes. Our "Per User" model aligns our goals with yours. You pay for Digital Certainty. Because we charge a flat fee, it is in our best interest to build you a rock-solid foundation that doesn't break. We profit from your stability, not your downtime. 

 The base prices listed are for standard business environments. If your organization has complex requirements—such as managing multiple physical servers, 24/7 mission-critical support needs, or specialized industry compliance mandates—the price may adjust to reflect the extra labor and resources required to keep that foundation unshakeable. We will always provide a brutally honest and transparent quote before you sign anything. 

To guarantee your network foundation is rock-solid, a next-generation firewall is included in your monthly service, eliminating your capital expense. Our managed service plans also cover the management, security, and support of your technology. While the monthly fee does not include the purchase price or setup of new computers, network hardware or servers, we will provide a quote prior to any work being done.  

We standardize on enterprise-grade hardware to ensure your local internet connection operates at its full potential without performance bottlenecks. To achieve this, we partner with the industry-leading manufacturer Ubiquiti.  These devices are highly capable and specifically chosen for their exceptional throughput processing. They ensure you receive the full speed of your gigabit internet connection while providing robust, essential network security for your daily operations. They also do not require expensive ongoing licensing like other companies do. The model will depend on your business's specific security and compliance needs.  

No. We believe that standardization is an essential aspect of cybersecurity. The firewall hardware is provided as a service and is included in your monthly managed IT plan at zero upfront cost. We handle the initial investment, the installation, and the ongoing hardware lifecycle. 

That is the purpose of our Free Network Readiness Audit. We will visit your office, evaluate your current IT infrastructure, discuss any industry-specific data regulations you need to follow, and recommend the exact hardware required to support your business safely and efficiently. 

Your monthly "Per User" fee covers the ongoing management, security monitoring, and proactive maintenance of your IT footprint. This includes remote helpdesk support for your team, cloud management (Google/Microsoft), and the specific security features listed in your chosen plan. Our goal is to make your technology costs as predictable as possible. Cloud Workshop (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) licensing is not included in the per user price. 

While we strive for all-inclusive service, certain items fall outside the scope of monthly maintenance. These include:

• Physical Hardware: The cost of new laptops, servers, firewalls (if not leased), and replacement parts.
• Specialized Projects: Major one-time events like moving your entire office to a new location, custom software development, or large-scale infrastructure overhauls.
• On-Site Vendor Fees: Costs from third-party vendors (like your ISP or specialized medical/legal software providers) remain your responsibility.
• Shipping & Travel: Physical shipping of equipment or extensive travel for on-site projects outside of our standard service area.

• Cloud Workshop Licensing -  (Google/Microsoft) Billed separately at MSRP, if applicable. 

If you have a project that falls outside your monthly plan, we bill at a specialized "Partner Rate." Your rate depends on the level of commitment you’ve made to your infrastructure:

• Foundation Plan Members: $200 / hour.
• Professional & Elite Plan Members: $150 / hour.

 We believe in rewarding businesses that invest in their own resilience. Because the Professional and Elite plans include more advanced monitoring and AI Literacy training, your systems are inherently more "rock-solid." This makes our job more efficient when a project does arise. We pass that efficiency back to you in the form of a $50/hour "Partner Discount." 

For our Professional and Elite partners, we provide clear pathways for emergency support. While we solve technology challenges permanently to prevent these situations, we are here when the unexpected happens. Emergency or holiday support is typically billed at 2x your standard partner project rate, ensuring you have Digital Certainty 24/7/365. 

• Foundation Plan Members: $400 / hour.
• Professional & Elite Plan Members: $300 / hour.

We believe our work should speak for itself. While we look for long-term partners, we don't believe in "trapping" clients. Most of our agreements are annual with 30-day "out" clauses. We want you to stay because you feel resilient and ready to lead, not because a contract says you have to. Plus, remember our AI Readiness & Security Assessment Credit: if you book a $495 session and join a plan within 30 days, that fee is credited right back to you.
